Displays the hierarchy of SNMP MIB variables MIB Browser 1.20 MIB Browser allows you to view the hierarchy of SNMP MIB variables in the form of a tree and provides you with additional information about each node. With MIB Browser you can easily load (compile) standard and proprietary MIB files, view and manipulate data that is available in an SNMP agent. MIB Browser may perform SNMP Get and Get_Next requests allowing you to check the propriety and current value of the counter on specific SNMP agent.

great software, easy to use and creates MIB tree as we needed. Thanks

nice tool The MIB Browser performed according to expectation. I was looking for something that would parse a MIB file that I was writing and find syntax errors. I was surprised that it interfaced easily with an XP desktop that I have that is SNMP enabled and read SNMP values. The only downside is that the tool is not calibrated in the sense that I have not used it before and don't know how accurately and precisely it parses MIB files.

Excellent! I had a specific need, to be able to load a proprietary MIB file and doublecheck the object names and full OIDs, and copy-n-paste them into a document. I was quickly able to find a menu optin to use to load the MIB file, and even better, was able to copy-n-paste what I needed. For the task I was performing, this app. worked superbly. One comment on the GUI though-- I was initially confused by whether I wanted to "Append MIB file" or "Load Database". I guessed and happened to make the correct guess the first time. And, hey, it's ...

MIB Browser 1.03 Simple, low overhead, app for determining OIDs. Works great for that purpose.
